I agree, I would hate to see this thread turn into a bashing of anyone. I would like to say that even though I have had disagreements with the shop and even with Royce, I have to admit he has helped me the largest majority of the time. That's the one thing I've always liked about the shop. If I ever disagree with one person's decision, there is always another level to take your complaints to. I've talked to Steve (the VP guy with the bald head) and he's very easy to talk to.Jarbo Thanks this.

2nd attempt to post this...WOOHOO... we're off the rookie board!
got the word today! Atta boy Randy! We are very happy with JCT! The communication is way above our previous company... it is friendly and positive. Delbert even called last night to see how the truck was running and how we were doing so far. No company is perfect, But JCT is among the better companies.Currently in IL... got an early morning drop and we'll be ready to roll!

Just wondering....would it be feasible to get the truck that you're trading in, be thoroughly inspected by an independent outfit ( like you would normally do when you're buying a used truck ), so that you don't get dinged by the company when you turn your old truck in ?

True! However JCT does have nice trucks. I think we are headed off track. Even with everything I've had to repair I'm still making money! I'm right there with Alan as far as the numbers go.

Hey real fast I had a rollover 3months ago and couldn't get a job ever since....can some one please help me out I love driving and a lot of big company's won't hire me they say I have to wait 3years , I use to work for swift, and western express, and I have 1year under my belt..... is there any jobs that will hire me right now or in the near future?
jtrnr1951 Thanks this. -
Your pretty much out of luck getting hired with a big company again within 3 yrs. My dad in law had a roll over and he wasn't the one driving either. its been a year I think and he's with core carrier out of kansas city right now. Other than that good luck.
My brother in law which was driving at time of rollover can't find any so far. Jb hunt would hire him but he don't have any recent experience. So if u have a gap also its hard to get back into trucking. He currently found one as a yard dog so u might look into that also.
