That grilled cheese looks really good, Frig, I'm hungry right now. Shouldn't be allowed to post them pics, lol.

Add plenty of cheap fast food available now. In the 70s didn’t have a McDs on every corner. A lot don’t know how to Grocery shop, much less cook. I remember hearing about the trend, as a result of more Women in the workforce. I was skeptical. Now it’s gone way beyond anything I imagined. So many choices within a few miles. Processed food. Overloaded with sugar and sodium, bad fat. I’m guilty. Judging by size, my gut looks pretty healthy. Lol. We cook a lot when home. Still have to hit our favorite Chinese, fish and chips, and pizza. I’ve been craving KFC, looks like it’s going to be boneless chicken breast, with vegetables and rice. It will be delicious, and healthy, still craving KFC though!!

Spring and summer and most of fall is for losing the gut. Winter is harder, at least in trucking I think, cause you're out in the cold, and a salad isn't really it. Now salads, and lighter foods are most satisfying.

Indeed, that's how all of the other animals work. I've noticed we do the same. Just some truck drivers don't try to slow down during summer.

I'd call BS on pretty much anybody that says they don't do it I'm guilty also, but the ability to cook was beat into me as an essential skill. That started with fresh meats and veggies.

Good on the new house. Was getting down to here to inquire on how it held heat. Sound like it is turning out good.
