Illinois has a new Ammendment (1480) that really makes it hard for a company to discriminate or make a adverse hiring decision especially when mine happened 25 years ago when I was 18. -

Wanted to ask if I have a dui and it was 9 years ago, do you think that's gonna be a problem? It wasn't even alcohol related. I got caught with a bag of weed and they arrested me. They did a blood test and hit me with a dui. That was 2016. I've had a clean record since.
