I bought the wrong Headlight Bulb once..it fit the housing and plugged up but only the High Beam worked correctly..the Low Beam lit up but wasn't bright enough to light up the Road...

Someone before me converted the low beams from sealed beam to halogen bulb and aftermarket housing. Problem is they used a 9007 bulb which is a dual filament low/high beam bulb. Since 379's have separate lights for low and high, they create the issue of want to switch to a high beam when I hit the switch.
Basically its all ######. Lol.jamespmack, cke, Nostalgic and 4 others Thank this. -
Yep, still raining... it’s like there’s an Eeyore cloud over my house.

Bought a gigantic house (2600sf) to split to a duplex in July 2018. Lost the job I'd had for 7 years in Nov. 2018. In the interim I gutted an appraised 90k$ house into a 50k$ shell LOL. Took out Cast iron drains and knob and tube wiring... Now I'm back in a position to move forward finally. Taking the personal loan for 40k$ to buy this put a dent in my credit report anyway and add 2 months of missing payments and I've been looking like a financial train wreck till last year. I hunkered down in the smaller half to save heating costs and that plywood was my kitchen counter for 3 years...Lostkeys, Flint1, jamespmack and 9 others Thank this.

That's less than 1/2 of the real kitchen. Circa 1950. Nothing done since. Maple built in cupboards. 25ft x 9.5ft immaculate. Love that robins egg blue counter. Not a scratch or scorch anywhere...
Lostkeys, Flint1, jamespmack and 12 others Thank this. -
This one will have to maintain a lot of its originality, the CJ7 on the other hand, not sure what it’s future may hold lol. But after this CJ5 is done, I have a 1961 International B160, a 1955 Chevy pickup 2nd series, a Shovelhead, and a Bessemer engine on my redo list, so not sure which I’ll tackle next lol....tommymonza, Flint1, Hurricane69 and 9 others Thank this.
