I keep telling drivers to stop giving 2 week notices!!! Save up a good amount of home time, drop truck off at terminal, apply for new job, get hired, quit old job. It could all be so simplé

 

I have to assume that most companies have trucks parked waiting for drivers

So other than courtesy, why give notice?
It’s not like they need to fill that seat

If times were different or maybe a dedicated thing then I’d maybe do as suggested
