    Hey guys I have a small business and going to be going in a different direction and one of my lease operators is going to be buying the business How do I transfer the MC,DOT, at one under his name?

    DOT# will change, if the MC# is in any way tied to your personal name you can't (legal) sell/transfer it.
    I doubt that it's a C-corp that he can just purchase the stock.
