I didn’t say anything about disagreeing. That’s your word. I just asked what is it that you want to hear. Now I know the answer. Adios.

you just basically admitted you did wrong and screwed up, with what i bolded and underlined...

like I was explaining with driving a mixer truck damage from weight should not fall to a driver. (Provided he is where he should be using caution)

so you see, you were NOT where you should have been and you did not use caution.

you saw the narrowness of the driveway/pavement, and you took it upon yourself to just do it.

a better driver would have gotten out of his truck, walked to the loading docks, and at the very least explain the situation to the customer. THEN to CYA, you would have called your company as well, maybe taken pictures of the area BEFORE you backed in.

i guess you haven't been up here in New England, cuz you would have never just backed in, with out surveying the layout first.

i been down many cowpaths and dirt roads myself, with heavy trucks, and i been to places where i had to cross over R/R tracks that the dirt roads were severely rutted on each side of those tracks, and could rip out the fuel tanks.

so please do say , none of us have been many places, cuz where you go, or have been? ain't no more a challenge than some of the places the rest of have been at.
