Preventable accident?

    If you did not have much space to back up and you 'thought' you might need to extend your turning radius let the customer know. Lots will tell you 'it's ok if you need to run into the grass, other customers entrance etc".. Even then Id probably show off my backing skills by not going off the pavement and one shot it. The pavement looks soft, id say you did bad.

    If the site is tight or crowded, I will walk around with customer and either explain how I plan on backing the truck or let him tell me how it's usually done. Then I will make a decision. But never had an "oops" like that pic happen. Knock on wood.

    It’s actually about a 50/50 split but so many drivers are in their feelings it doesn’t quite look that way.
