Oh yeah I like Danny’s. My old company has an account for washouts there. I used to pick up loads from JBS down the road from the pilot

I didn't know the dispatchers work as planners too...and yeah the difference between the two teams stands out like a sore thumb. The drivers and Justin and Rich's board don't always come right back to Missouri after the outbound. I've covered loads that was supposed to go to a driver on their board. The load had their signature on it. I always come back to Missouri except in very few instances

@Professor No-Name the Google reviews on that US Foods / System Services you just went to in Phoenix all have the same tone in that drivers are saying it was a pretty tight dock area to maneuver around in. What were your thoughts?

Well i think planning has a minimum of 3 to 4 stages really. But i was told by travis that more of the planning was given to them to do. So travis an robert each plan 1/2 of their board of drivers. Now to what extent i don't know. For all i know they both may be given a bunch of loads and then they gotta sort through it all an match it with their drivers accordingly. I don't know how much beyond that , that they get into the finding an securing of the actual freight from the customers or not. I know i hear Jared's name mentioned a lot when talking to brokers. So i know there is others working in different stages of getting the freight and doing customer service work. I know that It's a big puzzle to put together.

Yes that's a fact. We've been there several times. I've spent as much as 45 minutes trying to put it in a door from start to finish backing in. I've seen big hood large cars tear up their bumpers. I've seen a short concrete pole bent over 1/2 way to the ground. Several Fence posts have been bent. Lot's of ripped off mudflaps from guys backing over the curb while backing in off the street. I've seen trucks pull in the place forwards only to have to back back out onto the street cuz they couldn't get turned around and when the docks are full it's near impossible to blind side in. I don't like blind siding anyways. Anyway, sorry for the run-on sentence, but ya probably get the idea. It can really be a pain in the but and for some the ego.

That’s one thing i have never understood.. customers who build facilities and want trucks to deliver but can’t build with that in mind.. mind boggling
