    Yes true that. Yep truck leased onto a great local/regional waste company. Looks like otr and $1,500 a month for ins is on the horizon. Give it 6mo?

    IMHO, I don't think this is going to stick. You are literally talking about millions of people being affected here. Everyone is trying right now to show they are "doing something" to satisfy others' agendas. Cooler heads will prevail.

    The finding of the 9th circuit is contradicted by the an opposite finding in a similar case in the 1st circuit. Such contradictions are often decided by the Supreme Court.

    The CTA and other plaintiffs have appealed to the Ninth to have another hearing on this. This time with all 9 judges sitting in instead of just three. Not expecting much out of the liberal Ninth anyway. But like @slow.rider said, this will probably go to the Supreme Court.
