I try to run not much AR - they always find a goat path for me ....

 

But you got to see the West Fraser sawmill in Leola. Canadians bought it and now own nearly all the sawmills in the South— just in time for lumber prices to double and triple. Loggers and landowners getting less for logs than they did 25 years ago. Anybody else here smell a rat?

 

I sure did - for a minute I thought the road deadened there....

Can’t trust those durn Canadians...

actually, I have no idea ....

but I started my trucking life many many moons ago hauling lumber out of the north coast of California. The mills were going broke then too and the Far East money was buying them up - then they went broke as well
