ITS new format

I don't like it at all......itll take some getting used to. I feel like im missing out on loads

 

Didn't like it at first but after some use I think its better. As for the two issues you have I think they can both be solved by adjusting the width of the columns and/or removing unneeded columns.

To change the width of the columns, click and drag the line dividing the columns to adjust. To remove unneeded columns, select the gear icon in the top right corner and choose "show hide columns".

 

I can't even figure out how to get to the new search. Or maybe I've always been using it? Here's what mine looks like: Is it the old version, or the new version?

Oh thank God. I read about how much everyone hates the new version on the Truckstop Community board. I was dreading it. Now I don't have to go through the disappointment.

Hey @JonJon78 , what's your screen resolution at? I don't have to scroll side to side, even with all the columns at default settings.

 

That's the old version. The new version doesn't show broker's credit scores and days to pay unless you click on the load. I also can't search for team loads anymore unless I use the mobile version. They also have "flatbed, van or reefer" listed in the drop down menu like 6 times. I can't see any improvements, just a sloppy implementation of something that nobody asked for.

I've had it for a few months, and it's always looked like this. I sat on hold with them for an hour before I gave up trying to figure out how to switch to the new version. How can you tell for sure?

 

You will know. It is like night and day. The font looks different and larger. The filters are placed in bubbles with an X at the top of the list. New loads don't show in yellow anymore.
