ITS new format

I'm convinced that the load boards slightly favor brokers over carriers. I still don't see why DAT, and now ITS, is taking the broker ratings and days to pay and hiding them inside the load details page. So even if 100,000 truckers complained about the new platform, I doubt it would go back to the old one.

To be fair, though, I've never seen the broker's side of the program. They might have taken carrier reviews and hidden them as well.

 

They're hidden as well. On ITS, they're a button click followed by drop down menus, unless I'm doing a search, and even then I have to click the carrier. On DAT, you have to click the carrier's docket # to pull up the DAT directory page. I'll be honest, because of that I seldom use their onboard systems for it, and generally rely on what I can find elsewhere.

My buddy was complaining about this. Now I fear mine will change any day now. I will just quit and get 1 of the many jobs avaible in fast food or retail.

It’s more then a job it’s my life, so I can’t really quit my life. I was just trying to be funny. I do rely on multiple searches open, searching 1000 mile radius, things my friend said have changed. Not sure why they try to fix something that isn’t broke

 

When I first got ITS, they said changes were coming down the pipe. Said they were trying to make it more like DAT.

I hate DAT.

 

I’ve used internet truck stop for 7.5 years. So I’m pretty partial to it. Hope mine doesn’t change.
