Sounds like she got to thinking about how much money she could make off of a lawsuit.

I was in a bad car accident when I was 15. We were on our way to school when it happened. We were late, but I did make it to school, even through gym class that day. The next day I was stiff but made it through school and volleyball practice afterwards.
After the third day of school and pratice I was real stiff and starting to hurt.
Anyway, I finally went to the doctors 5 days after the accident. Turned out I had broken my 4 and 5th vertibrea, broken ribs, a bruised and dislocated hip.
I honestly did not feel it at first, that's why I went to schools and volleyball practice. I also had whiplash, I just though my neck was stiff from studying. LOL

There's a reason trucks fear black ice. There's also a reason it's called black ice.

This woman knows neither of them. But I bet her attorney will bring her up to speed. Right after he files that lawsuit.

All of that is true, and I'm sure she is hurting, but from the way it reads, a lawsuit is in the works.

I watched the news the morning of the crash. As soon as I seen the traffic 'copter video feed, I thought "yup Abenaquie is at again".

About 3 years ago, the company had a truck roll over in Medford, MA. That accident resulted in a massive fire that consumed four homes.

The company gives their drivers trucks that would make most owner operators jealous. BIG horsepower, 18sp transmissions. Completely wrong, in my opinion. The company also pays not by the hour, but by the load. The more deliveries of gasoline/desiel, the more the driver makes. (Good luck making a living being safe).

Many, many times these trucks have passed me going like a bat out of hell, no concern with which lane the driver was in, passing using the "high dollar" third lane. No problem.

This company is truly one place, in my "New Hampshire" opinion, needs to be placed out of service.
