Justify what..? I never thought you were... thought it was funny....

 

Most folks have a tendency to gain weight as they age... has to do with metabolism I think... Juices are great! With no sugar of course.
Here in Brasil there's coco nut water... fresh from the coco nut... Delicious and very nutritional with lots of minerals and vitamins...
Have some green leaves with your meals also... I know folks make fun of it... they may not know how important that is for the tract system... My endocrinologist told me I must have at least one kind of raw green leaf with every meal...

 

I'm just giving you a hard time. Some things don't come through very well on the ol innernet.

 

Speaking of sugar...

I tried a Mango Pepsi today. I knew when I grabbed it out of the case at the store that it was probably a questionable thing but curiosity...

I love mango, but mango mixed with cola I do not love.

 

I agree totally... we can't hear each other's voices or see each other's faces... easy to misunderstand things...
I know folks like to pick on me sometimes... I just don't have a very good grasp of meaning of their words...
But find you all funny n very good sports.

 

Mango Pepsi??
I can only imagine... that's an "offence" to the mango IMO...

 

While back I had a beer with mango in it, think it was a blue moon. Horrible

 

When I was a teenager I did mix coca cola with rum a few times...

 

Definite offence to all things mango. Only finished it out of the principle of not wasting the dollar whatever I paid for it.

That sounds absolutely vomit inducing.

 

It's almost 3 am Rio time here n I must sleep... even though I don't feel sleepy..
