I always quit if the promised pay raise didn’t happen. They’re always surprised. Trying to point out any mistakes I’d made, reminding Me of how hard it is to find a job. My answer is, you didn’t fire Me, so I want my raise. I’ve quit a few jobs that way. It’s a matter of principle. They’re basically telling you, they think your stupid.

what’s your MVR look like, tickets? Accidents ?
I could make more money doing something else, than what I’m doing now, but I have a lot of flexibility. but The mrs and I are able to live on what we earn with no struggles. -
NEVER take a pay cut unless a serious reduction in work is involved.

As long as you can pay your bills, still put money in savings, and enjoy your hometim3 then go for it. I'm about to jump ship and take a pay cut, but I'll be home every weekend. Best of luck to you.
