Do not use trip pak

Does anyone use the TripPak mobile app for the Droid phone? I work for CRE but when I use the client ID ENGC it fails. Does anyone know what the Client ID/SCAC is for CR England?

 

Hey Dewey! CR England is currently not using the TripPak MOBILE solution; however, TripPak IN-CAB is available to CR England drivers. You can contact a representative from your fleet to ask about how CR England might add TripPak MOBILE to the company’s list of document submission methods.

 

I drop at a pilot in Hobbs new Mexico a trippak ENVELOPE in the yellow box on monday may 10th and today Saturday may 15th they are still looking for my package ups Kentucky in charge of trippak says is emailing and calling the courier in Hobbs NM but nobody answers or replies. There's 3 loads for 11000 dollars and I dont have any copys of the paperwork. Can any body help?

 

Always make copies of all trip paperwork. Photos with cell phone sent to a separate email account just for paperwork works great.

Sounds like courier quit and dumped his pickups in trash. Good luck

 

Never had any issues with Fedex, or with phone-based apps that scan to a PDF file that gets emailed to the company.
