MAN! thought i could believe EVERYTHING he said! got to find a new hero

 

I use to work for western flatbed had a rollover in 01/08. i dont know your circumstances, another truck came in my lane they keep going. i had a witness the problem was dot wrote me up for being over my eleven which is the reason i was fired not for rollover. so i fought ticket and got it dismissed and they even took accident off my mvr that was a blessing and on my dac it just says it was an accident non preventable not a rollover. iwas out of work for 2 months got hired on at Gainey and stayed with them until i could get back with western and stayed in contact with safety guy at western(virginia flatbed) and went back to work for them in 09/08 stayed with them until flatbed went slow now working for small company running just north east.
Just wanted to give you what happened to me so you see you can get back at it. I recommend applying to everywhere,its tough now. I dont know your circumstances but i stayed in touch with my past companies good or bad. Right now you just want to pull something and i know yoou want to drive a big truck but as i said apply everywhere even if you have to step down at least you kept driving hope i was helpful to you

 

Aaahhhhh, but all the money u r making!!! 3-5 wks out not bad...wouldn't mind riding by 4 a night at home before then

 

Yea you will once in a while. Just depends on the loads. Move to somewhere on 40 between OK and CA and you'll be home once a week lol

 

Stuck at the TA in Rawlins, as I-80 is shut down both ways. Where is LMB when you need a meal!!!!

 

We've been stuck at the shipper in WI since last night. Got here early hoping to get in and get out in between the blizzard... skeleton crew last night.... this morning crew could only unload... one truck... not load ours.... and those that were here went home at 10:30am.

Meanwhile we are stuck here as the roads are bad or closed news said 15 semi's were stuck along the highway... don't want to be the 16th! No pizza delivery here either lol... we could walk to the local bar (we were told) and get food, brave the blowing wind and snow (hubby didn't go for that idea)... hmmmm or stay in a warm truck. Where's my winter boots when you need them!?!
