And I think the Wife's current house plan is about 2000 square foot and a single story one bedroom. Of course her "sewing room" will be set up to drop in a bathroom and a couple of doors to turn it into 2 small bedrooms with a shared bath.

I declare. That one job I did yesterday was field grass. The home owner tried to mow it at gave up. I didnt take a prior to pic. It was about 18" tall in some areas.
