ITS new format

I don't have ITS anymore but I can tell you why they did that on purpose.

It's so people can't take a screenshot of the broker and there poor rates or shady postings and put it up here or on Facebook.

 

Mine changed when I logged in this morning. Not thrilled at all. All the brokers I have put on Do not show are showing now,also. And a search I had open from years ago was there? That’s odd.

 

I’ve been able to return to old style by doing the following steps....

 

Switched over finally. I kind of like the new interface. What I don't like, is how the rows flicker, and it takes forever to load new results sometimes. Like it's bugged out or something. The whole screen just freezes for about 15 seconds. And where is it pulling mileage from? These pics are from the same load:

 

hopeuflly this lasts forever, thanks for Sharing. My buddy says when he does this it brings him back to the new style. New style sucks. It does nothing for me.

 

This new format is garbage. The layout sucks on phones and I don't want to have to click a load and start getting ####ing phone calls from brokers because I want to check their credit and days to pay. Also the ad for "pro" right in the middle of the screen when you click a load is an eye sore.
Just noticed the loads on the old style and this new POS format aren't even coming up the same. I sorted by rate and the new version is missing loads.

 

I'm pretty sure you can disable the feature where brokers see if you clicked their load. You'll have to call ITS customer service

 

It truly does suck and if it isn’t changed I’m going to try DAT. I was given 50% off this month though.

 

I'm pretty fed up with ITS. They spend all this time forcing a new BS interface full of glitches yet flat out refuse to fix already known issues and/or make it more usable for us. I can't block an entire brokerage (only phone numbers/offices), I can't filter out equipment I don't have like conestogas and they have zero ways to stop incessant top postings by the same broker over and over again.

I've tried numerous times over the years to get something done to no avail. ITS needs some viable competition to force them to care about making changes that actually make it more efficient. They also raised the price too. Talk about adding insult to injury!

 

It looks like they are now forcing the new garbage on us. I tried to switch to the old one this morning and it won't allow it.
