Big cam hg question

Born and raise here in Commiefornia, all family is here. Great weather all year around, gorgeous “seat covers” also….. it’s a big sacrifice but what can I say, everything comes at a price, turning 60 next week and been at this for 42 plus….. and hopefully have another 15 left in me….

Either change the back box or you could probably turn main 9spd to a 9 over. Top two holes are reversed. If you did that the under drive on the split would probably be welcomed.

 

That isnt from bad injectors, it is a factor of the cam timing and 14:1 compression that a 676 would have, it will likely smoke at an idle with new injectors.

 

No, it needs left alone, if it comes time to rebuild then you can raise compression.

Honestly it is hard to tell when the last time the overhead was ran, that can clean up some of it.
