Warning ticket for illegal parking

Not in VA. Parking ticket in a commercial vehicle is 3 points on your license. They write it as failing to observe a highway sign.

 

With all due respect, you still need an inspection report for anything to go on your PSP.

 

You’re the authority. Why don’t you get your FMCSA straightened out?

 

Good Lord this isn't complicated like others posting make it. Sounds like a local city ordinance. It won't go on your record..plus it's a warning

 

Who do they write the ticket to in an unoccupied vehicle?

 

Whoever comes to claim it after it's towed?. I didn't think to ask at the time.

 

Usually to whoever it's registered to. If that's a company, obviously no MVR hit...
