Describe the “bounce”. Where do you feel it? In the steering wheel? Do you have drum brakes or disk? Have you had a good 3 axle alignment or did they just set the toe when you did all the front end work? What rear suspension do you have? Have you checked the bushings in the rear suspension?

I hit a huge pothole at 60 mph on the highway during evening commute. This caused a good amount of bounce.

Check your ride height? When your off the fuel and coasting the driveline isn't louder than normal? Feel it in the seat or the wheel?

When you say bouncing do you mean bottoming out? Like you run out of shock absorber and hit metal on metal?

I have this same issue and have also done everything the OP did.

Mine hops at 35MPG and again at 72MPH.

It is always a tire for me when this happens! Spin them on a machine and you will see it clearly.

OP, are you on the tires you were on prior to the front end work? The damage may have already been done and now you need new steers even thought they aren't that old!

If that’s a Goodyear steer, swap them out. I just chased the exact same issue. Had a bounce, just enough to make the hood wiggle at various speeds or weights. I put shocks, u bolts, 3 axle alignment, Centramatics, and finally just swapped the tires. That one in the pic, mine looked the same and it only got worse. After it was dismounted it was obviously a bad tire it was out of round bad. Sucks to replace steers with 18/32 left on them
