Racist? Having to wait in line is racist? Maybe they feel that anti-California vibe coming from you.

    dwells40 and Coffey Thank this.

No first in line, then 3 trucks get in ahead of you, at a FCFS facility is racist even in a first graders eye.

    Bumper and dwells40 Thank this.

I'm sure your charming disposition had nothing to do with it.

Yup. I don't think it's racist though. Maybe more like a little selective attitude adjustment?

    Coffey and p608 Thank this.

Well I guess they selected my other trucks too, cause they both have similar accounts of their deliveries there.

Spin it anyway you want. It is what it is. Told the agent to put the extra money in his ###. Money doesn't compensate me for being #### on.

There are some contracts that stipulate that their trucks get to skip the line. Usually the tradeoff is they pull for a lower rate.

    Coffey and flood Thank this.

We see that same kind of thing in some of the lumber mills. The company trucks and the guys that haul steady and are hauling direct for the mill get loaded right away. Customer trucks for retailers that buy a lot of lumber usually don't have to hang around either.
Out of towners, especially mega carriers, don't get treated quite as well.
It's just the "good ol' local boy" syndrome in action.
Displaying attitude usually makes it worse.

dwells40, Coffey and Cat sdp Thank this.

    And, once again, Reo
Careful, Reo will run you off.
I don't think he likes truckers that much.
Quite judgemental and a bit hateful for my tastes.
You'll know when you crossed the line.
    Good knowin you @Dave_in_AZ

Not at all. I have no reason to run Dave off. He hasn't broken any rules that I know of. He had a bad day and he's exercising his right to complain about it. He whines a lot but he's basically harmless.
As far as not liking truck drivers, I like them just fine. We're talking real drivers and not the self involved cry babies that have raised personal entitlement to an art form.

p608, dwells40 and Coffey Thank this.
