    Maybe so, but I'm talking about actual legally binding contractual obligations, not special treatment for knowing someone in the loop. There are in fact some contracts that say "our trucks get loaded immediately, no matter how long the line."

    It's nothing like that. It's put out FCFS. It's racist crap. If they said at that window, " You're going to wait until our friends are unloaded and loaded."

    Then I'd at least give them a measure of respect for being up front. But they sneak and tip toe around, and insult your intelligence. That makes them not worth knowing.

    Passive-aggressive behaviors are epidemic in this narcissistic nation. Ive even backed out of a few pickups myself because of it, so im totally with you on that. But that doesn't mean there wasn't also a contract.
