Well the highway is open according to maps. Will have to see if there's a carcass in the morning to be seen. This load delivers next Wednesday I think. This gives us a little R&R and time to resupply good food. And dude can't wait to get his hands on Casper lol. Need a new bottle of Insulin for The OM too.

Hit an insect tonight that was the size of a small bird. Gut juice spread more than 3/4s of the way across my left windshield panel. No joke. It was an epic kill.

but there are down sides....when the great tree comes down at 2300 hrs....82 ft tip to root , 102 inch DBH. We lost 14 trees that season, and still losing one or two since each year....anyone want some cured oak firewood?
