    I just heard from my friend who works there. USPS has terminated the contract and everyone is being laid off. I don’t think it has anything to do with switching to Amazon. The company must be failing.

    Serves them right though being that they cost me over 10,000$ not including medical bills when they cancelled my insurance the day I got injured.

    ive worked for postal carriers in the past. I wanted to make money and didn't care if legal or not. Just wanted to make a lot of money. They made it happen. I'm not a snowflake. born before 79 so it didn't bother me

    Okay I have confirmation. PFS was using a factoring company who filed suit against them. In turn PFS filed suit against the post office (smart). USPS then pulled all of their contracts. I highly trust the source on this info.
    I also understand PFS was leasing all trucks and trailers. I wonder the leasing companies will get nervous about the lost contracts.

    It sounds like May 31st is the termination date for at least some of the USPS contracts, if not all of them as mentioned above. Will the media cover this development?

    BTW, it sounds like this involves Postal Fleet Services and possibly all of their affiliated companies:
    Vilano Management Services;
    Vilano Employment Services;
    Omega Mile;
    Stageline Company.

    The media won’t cover it. Postal fleet was just the name of the company, it wasn’t actually a government entity. There are plenty of other contractors waiting to fill their place.

    The company or the contracts? I heard they took over the majority of the contracts. Supposedly EVO, 10Roads, and Southern Mail was not interested in the company because all the equipment was leased. Who knows.

    This company took over a company in 2016 I worked for in Harrisburg Pa, they were going to pay us $19.?? an hour but the $4.?? health and welfare money they were going to force you to buy healthcare with or escrow into a 401k. The outfit I worked for paid it directly to you ($400 a paycheck). They wanted us to sign paperwork saying we were issued things like cellphones, loadbars, id bages, failure to return the items and they would with-hold your pay, but they never issued the equipment, (i got into an argument with HR over this). It was a 5 hour long application setup at a hotel, we heard all these great things about #### sucking Don Dorris and his supposed $200m company, but not a single slice of pizza food or drink was provided for the 5 hour application/transitioning event.

    Since all mail works for straight pay and the HR manager that came from St Augustine was a miserable ##### I decided to walk on the opportunity. (made $120k last year driving locally) So I made the right move.

    I saw the future PFS wanted people to work 45 hours a week on split shifts and Gross $900 a pay.

    The contracts. And yes PFS's equipment is all leased by Ryder. EVO claimed they would provide their own trucks. The leased Ryder trucks were in good condition so I don't know if that's an upgrade or downgrade. Apparently they're new to the South Eastern region, which probably explains why I had never heard or seen of them before.

    This is a good thing for most prior PFS employees. An increase in pay and you no longer have to work 6 days a week. The pay is also weekly now instead of bi-weekly.

    Yeah I had not heard much good about PFS. So far the former Ursa guys seem to be happy with Evo.
