Article also stated that the driver received numerous tickets between 2000 and 2014 for violations such as speeding, driving an overloaded vehicle, driving an unsafe vehicle and not carrying proof of insurance.
You would’ve thought the guy would learn to keep a low profile and not attract attention to himself after the first ticket.

Saw a news article today that the FEDS are setting up a clearinghouse for pilots that keeps track of all their medical reports, not just the FAA physical.
    Will truck drivers be next?

They already cracked down on “doctor shopping”. In years past if you failed a DOT physical, you just moved on to the next doctor. Now if you fail, it does go into a national database.

i guess that since he lied, he just did not want to get maybe a 6 month card, or a 1 year card.

since they found him in a lie, lying on a Federal document no less, i hope he gets nailed permanently.

this of course also opens the door to a bevy of civil suits against him, and his company.

    good luck chuck..........

He’s dead,so nailing him won’t be an option-unless you’re talking about putting him in a coffin.
