    I've been running Kumho's (Korea) all around on the C70, seem to be working well so far, we'll see.

    Not to see any improvement, but to prevent wear and lubricate the pump, etc. Today's diesel has very little lubricating properties. OK, boys, catch up later, back to work...

    I've got some China tires on my pickup. Venom power or something. Look like a bf Goodrich knockoff. Supposed to carry a 50k mile warranty but who knows if they'll honor it. I've had them since 2020 and put prolly 15k miles on them so far. Still look new and get great traction in rain or snow.

    I'm aware. I dont wanna break the internet. But I run alot of bio fuel. My opinion is that it lubricates better than ulsd.

    Sold alot of them. Had some on not everyday equipment. But they were terrible and square in a 19.5.

    Standard sizes I had very little complaints.

    No double coin experience. But straight tread on drives rides better. If you stay out of snow, mud and on highway I would run them.

    With that said, 80k and down is fine on a tandem, tandem, or spread. You go over 100k on a multi axle trailer. They will not last period. Difference between carrying weight and pulling weight.

    Plus if you have a heavy foot and big power you will grind them to pieces.

    Cheap tires work great in applications where there's a greater chance of tire destruction before they're worn out. My old man was running Chinese tires on the trailer and drives for quite a while in the bush. Still forked out for quality steer tires though. Don't want to skimp on those. From what I remember the cheap Chinese tires held up better than recaps.

    I tried Sailun tires once, all position, just for summer tires. They only lasted about 130k, but on a cost per mile basis I didn't feel as though I took a beating.

    Then I tried a Michelin all position tire for the summers. They lasted longer miles but the price differential didn't make up the difference in money.

    Plus they howled going down the road. I mean wicked. Drove me insane. The noise overtook the radio, filled the cab.

    What I noticed on both sets though was that after 50% tread wear I couldn't stop them in the rain. Frightened me a couple of times. So I went back to XDN2 for the summer rubber.

    I've tried the same with XZEs, didn't have your issues. But any mpg increase wasn't worth the time and labor swapping them twice a year. Just not worth the trouble in the rust belt.
