I'm convinced. Everyone should go to USA Truck.

I almost did. I just couldn't come up with the $10,000 to move my TEL truck nor was I putting my family deeper into debt than Landair had. I ended up going to A&A Express and have begun the healing process. USA isn't a bad company. My best friend has been there nearly two years and he loves it. Most of the time, people complaining don't tell the entire story. And when you get into the IC mode of driving, the company driver settings in your mind need to leave you.

    Mark or Voodoo
Would either of y'all be interested in PMing me some more info about USA Truck?
I'm just about to start my driving career and was considering either USA or Schneider because I've read both have decent leasing options for me to try down the road. I'm leaning towards USA thought because the starting pay for new drivers is quite a bit better.

I'm sorry friend. I can only offer info for TEL Lease. As far as USA, I will say they are a good way to get your foot in the door. My friend went from CFI to them after CFI burned him on his lease. He's been there two years and is on a fleet where he still picks his only loads without being an I/C. I almost went over there, but I got hired on at A&A Express. Depsite the hate, they are like any other beginner company. You either get your year or two and leave for greener pastures or stay there long term as many do as you've found home. I felt that way about SRT until David "I'm A Blasphemous Christian" Parker closed the doors. Schenider on the other hand is a completely different story. I hear that they are a little more strict than USA Truck but you will get more miles than you can handle. Pick your poison because you have to deal with the aftermath however you choose to go about it.
