If the truck is leaning, it's possible the axle could be bent, it doesn't take much bend to cause rapid tire wear and bouncing in the front end.

Check the engine mounts , cab mount bushings, frame and cross members for lose bolts cracks, go behind the truck look along the frame under 5th wheel, make sure is straight look for twist bent sections. Park it bob on very level surface , measure the distance from the bottom of the frame to ground in each corner. Do same with ride height measure from bottom of frame to middle of the axle, make sure you are in specs; look for broken springs leaking air springs, any of above could mess up the distribution of weight per each end of axle.

Do you gotta push your steering wheel to the left to hold a straight line on the highway? I'm wondering if the driver side steer tire is scrubbing due to misalignment maybe.

I've got an issue with a bounce in my truck. I feel it in the seat. Steers been balanced twice with no change to the bounce. Found one rear passenger side drive for sure is out of round. On a jack and spinning by hand can actually see it go up down up down. Also have 2 drive tires flat spotted but not too bad. Can barely feel the flat spots by hand and almost can't see it at all. So I'm a thankin the out of round drives are giving me my grief.
