I don’t know what that dish is but unless it’s the entrails of the guy I bought my car from I’m not interested in any other dish right now; I’ve been trying to get it registered the right way after he title jumped me and you can probably imagine how that’s going; revenge is my favorite dish right now lol hope he likes a felony and a lawsuit

Brazilians spell "quibe" and it's fried. Since I have never seen anything like that in the US, I tried to find a translation and that was the closest I got.
Brazilian cuisine incorporates culinary from many other countries as there are descendents from people from all over the world in that country.

 

BTW quibes can also be roasted instead of fried. Very popular at snack bars here.
