Try visually inspect harness connector on a sensor itself and also on ecm(bottom connector pins 16,17,18 are for fuel pressure sensor) maybe the pins not making a good contact. Or it’s a sensor itself. It would be nice to see what’s it reading right now.

I have 2 truck with same issues both are 2019 vnl D13 with 260,000 miles and soot Level goes up within seconds from 20 to 80 and to 160 red and Immediately losing power barely climes up hill 14mph any idea what can be wrong I changed fuel pressure sensor/ EGR vale/ DPF filter did it all still can’t figure out. after a region drives for 2000 miles or 3000 and repeats please help

Friend had issue with gas pedal going out after 3k was found that ishift top of the tranny cover had become loose causing pedal to completely be unresponsive but it was an ishift..

Sounds like your soot level sensor going out had mine read 160 threw a regen needed then flashed then derate mode wothin 2minutes did regen but wouldnt come out sensor with computer hooked up read 169% full (200%) os max i replaced sensor bam went down to 21% right away

@Mdavid0614 are you sure 3k rpm? That's as far as the stock tach goes.
