Man if he knew it was.gonna failsafe on him. What happend to me was not like that. Never and I mean never let a jealous girlfriend fix your food for the road. Then she waits until I get to the dam clinic and tells me I am going to fail my UA and now I am screwed Iknew I wasn't felling right but couldn't figure it out.So trying to figure out which way to go from here. And yes I know its been said before but for 15 16 yrs passed everyone and even when she called the company and accused me of doing them and the terminal manager personally came and took my sample on the spot .Was shut down for 2 days over that crap just so they could verify that I was clean.I refused this one cause she had given it to me in my ####ing food Ihad packed for the road and had eaten it the night before on my way to the house fir my home time.So she can live in misery with me now cause no job no money no home .But hey at least she knows that I am not cheating. Unless The homeless shelter has lot lizards .maybe I can catch the clap and give it to her.

Some non-cdl box truck companies will hire you and can run OTR with a few of them.
Dump the girlfriend and start a new life.

In the grand scheme of things, whatever you decide is unlikely to have much impact. So this is more of a "values" decision you gotta make here where you pretend as if it had impact.

    1. Do you believe in the necessity of drug testing? Do you agree with the system, who gets to choose which drugs are on the banned list, and how it's run
    by unelected federal bureaucrats?
    2. Do you care that removing a driver from the pool of drivers makes the remaining drivers more "expensive" because there's more competition for them? Raising prices, ultimately, for you as a carrier, shippers, receivers, consumers, and society as a whole.
    3. What's the value of that mans ability to earn a good, dignified living vs the risks of him driving with whatever he has in his system?

If I was in your shoes? I *might* report it. Why? Because it's one less driver I have to compete with for a job. I also *might not* report it, because I think the system is crap and only respect it because men with guns and badges enforce it.

    Your morality may vary....

When it’s all said and done you can either drive a truck,or you can use drugs-BUT YOU CAN’T DO BOTH!!!

That guy dug his own grave,no reputable trucking company or other organization involved with CMVs will touch him for 10 YEARS-MINIMUM!!

What is added to the banned lists are created by law, not by the bureaucracy. The bureaucracy sets the standards, and likely the specific amount, but the legislature created the laws that ban them..

Or it's so much less expensive as the insurance isn't 100x as bad as it is now from having to always pay out those fatality claims.

I don't care about his value. My family's value is worth more than him being able to drive impaired. If he wants to do drugs, he can go get a job that doesn't have him on the same roads as my family. See, it's his option to get high. If he chooses to, he can face the consequences of his choices. Like not being able to work in a field where other peoples safety is important.
