Sexy Nativity Display Causes Outrage

So rather than ignore it self righteous people call the TV station and get the store more publicity and free advertising than it would have ever gotten on its own . This story first came out almost 2 weeks ago and I see no updates saying anything has changed , just more and more exposure (no pun intended ) on the web .

I don't like it... I feel it was rude and insensitive of it's marketing department.
Just because something is not Sacred to you does not mean it is not Sacred to others, and should not be mocked.
I would not shop at that store because of such a display, especially my christmas shopping.
I think it was a gamble for that retail store, and with retail down in this economy, not one I would make.

 

I agree with you. I wouldn't have gone to the media though. I'd have gone to the store manager and made sure he/she knew they'd lost my business.

You all know what would happen if say someone displayed Mohammad with an underage female (which btw.....is historically accurate)......
there would be protests and firebombings.....

yet, everytime these singers sing our national anthem at the sporting events, and they sing it in their own way, which i might sounds like pure #####, and yet, not a single person says a thing out it...

 

Maybe if I saw more stuff like that I wouldn't have fought with my mother so much about going to mass.
