Lol. Scrambled Egg cup. Add the egg or 2 and put in the microwave. Inside the cup are little pouches of cheese potatoes veggies and if you pick some it has meat. I keep them in the freezer since my frig is really an ice box replenished with frozen juice bottle as seen in the pic. Frig died after 3 weeks but freezer keeps chugging along. For cheese and veggies I don't worry about temp fluctuations but for precut stuff and for meat or more likely seafood I keep it frozen until I eat it. Food poisoning is not on my to-do list.

Well not my face and hands, but since I’m half Irish and wear long sleeves and never shorts, yeah
