HR needs a re-birth

 

From what a I see on their youtube channel they’re like every other big companies paying their drivers peanuts . I love when they post videos on drivers statements and American drivers make comments on ET’s crappy pay . Roman the vp of operations comment is that the Canadian pay and industry is different than the American trucking industry and I guess that’s why they pay less

 

It is true that Americans pay is different. If you ever travelled down to US and talked to local truckers which I have. The pay rates are much better down there because the they have a lot more load options down there and their USD:CAD exchange boosts the earnings as well.

Now in regards to whether the lease program is good at ET Transport, I have no idea nor any experience with anyone that is in it so I have no comments on that one.
