Took a bus today and asked the driver about the transmission.... and to make a long story short, we kept chatting during my whole trip...



Showed him picture of the truck I used to drive and he showed picture of the truck he used to drive before becoming a bus driver in Rio...
He stopped for me to take a picture of those hills... people jump with hand gliders from those.

10 miles from home, waiting on a ####ing tree to be cut up. A few years ago a man could cut the tree himself to get it out of the road, but, noooooooooooo, we gotta wait 3 hours for the road crew to do it.

 

I have been listening to some Gordon lightfoot lately and rumor has it the fitzgerald was heading for Ohio...but was loaded in wisconsin.

I'm pretty sure it was somebody else's fault....

 

I have to go load in the morning....the broker doesn't have a clue what's going on. the address they are giving out is completely wrong.

I know the supplier...we are loading at his dad's place...... idiots.

But I gotta check in on a app......the area I'm loading in don't have cell service..... genius I tell ya

I prefer the haunting voice that lightfoot did.

That fella seems like he had a attitude....but I'm old and grumpy ...

 

I can agree to that. The harmonica replaces the haunting voice.
Headstones have been around since the 90s.
Lead singer also acts. He was the lead character in the show Flashpoint, and he is the sheriff on that show Yellowstone.
I haven't seen either show..
As for grumpy and old. I'm almost there.

 

I can't wait to be grumpy and old. Now I'm just grumpy and youngish....so everyone just thinks I'm an Ahole......which I am. However,when you are old, folks just let it slide.

Edit: the Gordon Lightfoot version is way better.
