1999 M2 freightliner, lights will not turn off after shutting down. Only way to turn them off is with master switch beside battery box. Any idea what is going on here. Any help would be much appreciated.
I had something similar where the whole truck wouldn't shut off. I had the keys in my had and standing on the ground, outside the truck and the engine kept running. Only way to kill it was the master switch. Took it to the shop. There was short in the ground if I remember right. Its been a while.
Located either behind the driver front fender or on driver frame rail is something called a CHM (chassis module) Google it to get a pic. This module is what supplies lighting to the truck. When you unplug the connectors (6 I think) you will probably see much corrosion.
