Fort Pierce, Florida. Back in 2013 Fort Pierce had a mass hiring fair and I went and applied I took their two hour driving test I spoke with corporate on a video conference call and was all set to go. They really liked me. But one of my past employers would not verify my employment with them so they gave me a call from Arkansas and said that they had to disqualify me because they couldn’t confirm my 10 year straight over the road driving. In the last 10 years now I’ve only had two jobs and they both said that they will verify so I’m good to go. I just need an opening. But like I said nobody ever leaves that DC. they haven’t hired in years.

 

I keep checking every week but nothing. I’ll prob look into a L/P with Schneider or JCT or someone like that…. Sucks not to have an opportunity again but where I am at now is complete garbage. No money and zero benefits and I’m wasting away here….

Winter Haven & Brooksville are good DC`s to be at too.

 

Do they still run Private Fleet trucks out of Winter Haven?

Yes their is a private fleet at the Winter Haven DC, Swift is their with day cabs. I apologize for my mistake,duh.
