I wasn’t saying the company wasn’t involved I was just pointing out it does happen and she was definitely dumped the guy was mad she wasn’t interested in doing any “extra” activities ,she was a married woman, and when she threatened to report him he kicked her out the truck. CRST hires shady people with shady past. Don’t believe me go to their terminal in Fontana which is their best terminal and just look at the new hires you’ll even hear the newbies talking about different ways and what they did to pass the drug test. Their trainer training is trash my first trainer was a woman the first day on her truck she tells me she doesn’t even know how to back and the woman wasn’t kidding she legit was trash at backing at night at truck stops she’d rather pull forward into a spot and deal with backing out the spot in the morning. She had no business being a trainer but because they need women trainers so bad they’ll basically let any woman train.

And of course, you have only her word on this? Right! This is my point! You know ladies have been known to tell an out-and-out lie! Neither of us was on that truck and neither of us knows for 100% sure what really happened. This is why I always advise caution in she said he said matters!

Just for the record. I am in several Facebook groups and also follow in twitter some carrier people in both Safety and HR across close to a dozen carriers. I hear stories all the time about not only trainers but first-seat drivers in teams all fighting on the road. In fact, just about a month ago a carrier had to get both their drivers out of an Ohio jail because both were arrested for disorderly conduct and damage to property after a knife fight. This is an ongoing issue that will forever be part of this industry. The carriers know about it and you can rest assured if a trainer develops a pattern of doing this they are fired and some even have legal problems later. THIS is why I NEVER take sides when it comes to these kinds of matters!
