Big Cam Cummins timing question

    Yes. So the .081 timing would make sense in that case. He also said it is not the original engine for that rig so it could still be timed for truck application or something other than that rig. That is what he is trying to research. Unless I’m confused. Lol!

    Read my previous comments.

    The 310 CPL is an NTCC-400. The CC stands for California certified, these engines were built differently to meet that regulation for truck use.

    That includes the timing being set at .081”, so yes that is the spec for that engine pump to be used in a truck.
