I was in SC the other day kicking tires. They have some nice ones at the Pete Store in Duncan.

What’s you make a wrong turn?? Lol! That dealer is where we picked up our new trucks when I worked at Virginia. Usually a lot of nice rides there.

I was definitely out of my normal routine. I am in the final stages of buying an 80ft quickloader. Just the trailer, I don’t want to get rid of my glider. There was a brand new Moore daycab Pete there.

Do you have to make any upgrades to your tractor? And I don’t blame you for not wanting to part with your glider. To many headaches with Modern emissions. I think you’ll love the 80’ quick loader.

What I have been told is that I will need a 14” porch on the back end of my tractor for the trailer to connect. Should be an easy modification.

That’s what I was wondering about. Adding the short flippers. And the larger rock guards.

The larger rock guards I am not going with yet. I have a friend with a truck nearly identical to mine and he made the switch 2 years ago with no issues without them. I am going to do the front curtain again and can always take it down when needed. From what I have been told I rarely will need to take it down. My curtain I have currently can be taken down in about 5 minutes when I haul 11.

I’ve never had the front curtain. I imagine it helps a lot. I hear the bigger rock guards are pricey and I’ve seen a bunch of them tore up. I was worried about them at first but haven’t had any issues.
