With new growth, I’ve found myself needing more than QuickBooks Online and my limited Excel skills can do. I’ve played around with Ascend and Truckstop a little. Any recommendations? I don’t mind paying for quality software, but I’m not trying to break the bank. Currently at 4 trucks with a 10 truck goal within a year.
Anyone using a TMS?

The two that I hear recommended the most are Truckn Pro by Fogline Software and Trucking Office. Ttuckin Pro is downloaded software that is more accounting focused. Trucking Office is an online subscription based service that offers an entire Suite of services. Both offer a free trial so you can figure out which one works for you. If you’re interesting in more of the accounting/booking keeping I’d go with Truckin Pro. If you need dispatching and everything else Trucking Office might be the better choice.

I believe DAT also has one that is affordable and popular with small fleet owners??

I use Wave. What are you looking to accomplish that QBO doesn't offer?

TruckingOffice has been good for me. But, I only have 2 trucks, I also use a different service for my DQ, D&A and Vehicle records. TruckingOffice can do all the rest of what your looking for, as well as driver logs
