Just got done working on trl outside, and trimmed the yard. Neither is finished and the sprinkles are starting. Pretty black to the west.

Looks like it’s creeping down my way. How did you make out on your list this weekend?

@AModelCat - as resident expert or close enough..... How do I find a heavy duty (I.e. inverter weight) 12v tap in a 2018 freightliner cascadia? Im only finding 36v. I can't damage it cuz it's leased property and I've only got thru Oct before I move truck again...

Like to install an inverter? No idea if they come pre-wired for that but its really not a huge deal to run a pair of heavy cables from the battery for one. Just as long as there's a fuse at the batteries and the cables routed good and protected from abrasion.

Where are you finding 36 volts on the truck? I thought they were all 12 volt.

True, might look for a burn victim that it didn't get that far back.

Na they use the 8hp90 sourced from ZF. Arguably one of the best transmission manufacturers on the planet

I know I'm a couple days behind, but the topic has been popular.

Well the Mom bus is in tip top shape, brakes, rotors, oil change, belt, and tensioner. Shocks are on trl after my snap on impact sheet the bed, had to buy a Milwaukee, drank some Old Milwaukee's. But my front air bag crossmember is rusting out. Had to remove and its at a buddy's fab shop. He's gonna make a new one. It actually suffered damage a few years back. Blew a air bag with 90k on the deck. Twisted it like a pretzel. So it was patched at the time. Now we are building new one. Yard is only trimmed and rain started.

Concrete is not poured for neighbors pool steps either. So normal, we are running behind.
