I have a situation where I have 3 incidents on my report from a previous mega carrier. Currently trying to hire an attorney to dispute these reports because they are false and affecting my employment. How do I go about finding companies that will hire me with these on my record?

What are the incidents and how long ago were they?
Another Canadian driver Thanks this. -
If it's DAC then first step is to file a dispute with DAC.
Either way though, simply get hired on with a company that doesn't use a private company like tenstreet or hirerite to do background checks.
If they are telling lies in a phone check, you will have to sue them, yes.
Now if they are telling the truth and you simply don't like the truth, well too bad.Another Canadian driver, Badmon, tscottme and 4 others Thank this. -
The reports aren’t accurate. It’s through driver IQ the reporting agency is called. My hireright report is clean. Go do I know if certain companies go through these company’s to obtain informationAnother Canadian driver and slow.rider Thank this. -

2. electrical lines in yard got snagged on cat walk and ripped electrical box off trailer in 2019. They labeled that as “left turn incident”
3. in 12/2020 I had a lane change accident where I bumped into another tractors mirror and the only damage was plastic of mirror fell off. It was a dot non reportable and I do take responsibility for it but they have the incident happening in Wisconsin and I was never in Wisconsin a day in my life
the issue I have is the descriptions of the incidents are vague and companies are saying I have too many incidents when in reality the only collision I had was 1Another Canadian driver, Trucker61016, Flat Earth Trucker and 1 other person Thank this. -
What is minor to you may not be to the company paying to repair your mistakes. Suck it up as you did have the wrecks. There is no one to blame but yourself.
Also, if you are not reporting the wrecks on your application, that is what your problem is.Jammer', LtlAnonymous, Another Canadian driver and 8 others Thank this. -
I said they were reporting them inaccurately. Not Once did I say nothing happenedAnother Canadian driver and slow.rider Thank this. -
Simple fact is there really is nothing you can do but tell your side of the story as they aren't lying, just have a difference of opinion.Lite bug, slow.rider and Jordysmash Thank this. -
