I have a situation where I have 3 incidents on my report from a previous mega carrier. Currently trying to hire an attorney to dispute these reports because they are false and affecting my employment. How do I go about finding companies that will hire me with these on my record?

What are the incidents and how long ago were they?

What record are you talking about?
If it's DAC then first step is to file a dispute with DAC.
Either way though, simply get hired on with a company that doesn't use a private company like tenstreet or hirerite to do background checks.
If they are telling lies in a phone check, you will have to sue them, yes.

Now if they are telling the truth and you simply don't like the truth, well too bad.

The reports aren’t accurate. It’s through driver IQ the reporting agency is called. My hireright report is clean. Go do I know if certain companies go through these company’s to obtain information

Yes..... File a lawsuit. Those Mega Carriers don't have lawyers on retainer to deal with thousands of complaints like yours.

    1. dropped trailer in a yard in dead of winter in 2019. I did a proper pre trip but the company came back and said I should have made sure I pushed in the 5th wheel handle. I was never taught to do that. That was my first time hearing of that and I made sure the company put that in the incident report. It was labeled “pull park pos”

    2. electrical lines in yard got snagged on cat walk and ripped electrical box off trailer in 2019. They labeled that as “left turn incident”

    3. in 12/2020 I had a lane change accident where I bumped into another tractors mirror and the only damage was plastic of mirror fell off. It was a dot non reportable and I do take responsibility for it but they have the incident happening in Wisconsin and I was never in Wisconsin a day in my life

the issue I have is the descriptions of the incidents are vague and companies are saying I have too many incidents when in reality the only collision I had was 1

So you did have the incidents, with one have incorrect location data. Get them to correct the data by asking them and stop saying that they are lying.
What is minor to you may not be to the company paying to repair your mistakes. Suck it up as you did have the wrecks. There is no one to blame but yourself.

Also, if you are not reporting the wrecks on your application, that is what your problem is.

Reporting something that didn't happen is inaccurate also. That's the most common type of inaccuracies posted here. I apologize for assuming otherwise.

Simple fact is there really is nothing you can do but tell your side of the story as they aren't lying, just have a difference of opinion.

Maybe it is just me. I got my CDL in May of 2016. I went through that horrible Mega Carrier, Swift Transportation. I even attended their Sweatshop Prison Camp in Phoenix Arizona in the heat of the summer. I was sure that I would be a slave for at least 15 or 20 years. I read stories on the internet, watched YouTube videos of how Swift would ruin my life, and possibly make me sterile. The sterility part didn't worry me much. After all I was already 56 years old and wasn't in the mood for more children. But......I digress. Here are some of the things that I read, heard, thought about, heard from my "mentor" or imagined. "Hey, rookies take hoods and mirrors off of trucks in truck stops, rookie mistake, don't sweat it". " The company GPS told me to take that farm road across the corn field. The ELD made me get that log violation.

Here I am ..... 5 years later. Great job. Very nice paycheck.....at least according to me! I have not committed any of the aforementioned sins in 5 effing years!!!!!!!! I am not a specially equipped human being with super powers. I take this job seriously. It is my livelihood.
I can not understand how anybody can try to divert their responsibility due to their inattention.
