I was never taught to push in the fifth wheel handle either.
But I was taught to do a tug test, and to visually inspect that the jaws were locked and that the handle had retracted fully.
2. electrical lines in yard got snagged on cat walk and ripped electrical box off trailer in 2019. They labeled that as “left turn incident”
That seems more likely when turning sharply to the right.
But then, we do need to make sure those lines are 'how many' inches above the catwalk for clearance?
And that can happen even without snagging anything if that connector is weak.
#3 is totally on you.

hey hero. Never once did I say I didn’t take responsibility for these situations. Did you know that the words you say can change someones perspective of a situation and it’s severity? For example “left turn incident” for many without a detailed explanation of what happened may come across as a collision instead of what actually happened.Another Canadian driver and slow.rider Thank this. -
In #2, pretrip negligence resulted in damage to the vehicle while it was in motion. The pigtail collided with the catwalk. That's in the same ballpark as hitting a tree. Company depiction is accurate in my view.
In #3, was it a typo? Really happening in WA or MI instead of WI? Maybe you can skate on a technicality on that one, but in my view the incidents do accurately depict a pattern: lack of attention to detail which could result in catastrophe.

Why does everyone just say to find a company that doesn't use Hireright, Ten Street, ect? When they send the past employment request the previous company will just put it on the request.
