i have 2001 freightliner classic XL with D60 series. my turbo went bad. i replaced my turbo but still losing power. Even with gas pedal all the way down on very small uphills my turbo boost is not going more then 10-12 PSI. start losing power even i am bobtail. check all the turbo related leaks , got new clutch also. replaced another turbo. but still same problem. Anybody can suggest me what can be wrong??

Plugged fuel filter? Turbo boost sensor? Loose fuel line, sucking air? Any bubbles in fuel tanks?Plugged vents on fuel Tanks?Air filters? Mufflers plugged? Are you sure cac isn’t leaking? 3 yrs old or more, maybe leaking. Some simple things to check.Anything more than that, need a real Mechanic, Cac is suspect. They crack along the hot turbo side often all the way down where fins meet header.

I have a 2009 freightliner, I get hesitation in 1-3 at times like when your battery is drained and your trying to turn it over. Also rough idle when parked, power loss comes and goes , also check engine lights.

I have a 2022 DD15 with 37,000 miles and it’s got all these symptoms, but no check engines lights and no codes, very weird
