There is no false reporting going on!
It's simply a difference of opinion on the severity of the incidents. As the company paid to fix it they tend to be the ones who will be viewed as being more accurate.
The only thing a lawyer will do is laugh at you, or if you find a dishonest one will simply take your money. There is nothing to do legally is there is nothing the company is doing wrong. Your problem isn't the company. Your problem is you've torn up equipment 3 times in a year and still refuse to take responsibility.
P.S. I'm not talking about the state code typo. That should be a simple correction with a phone call. Even if not, where it happened really doesn't matter and can be explained on an application with "State is incorrect in mega's database, the correct state is..."Another Canadian driver and Dockbumper Thank this. -
Kind of scrappy in here

There is no false reporting going on! The data IS accurate!
I'm sorry you can't get that through your skull. Go hire a shyster lawyer as that's the only one that will take your money and next time you destroy equipment hopefully only you injure yourself and not some innocent. -
Yea let me repeat this another time to get it through your thick skull for the third time. I’m not arguing with you about your opinion on the situation. Have a good oneAnother Canadian driver Thanks this. -
